Member Only – Nakamichi Sales Meeting 1986
This is the intro of the Nakamichi sales meeting in Hawaii in 1986. Dean Miller, President of Nakamichi N.A. and Niro Nakamichi, CEO are meeting “Mr. Phelps” who is arriving by helicopter. “Mr. Phelps” is the character played by Peter Graves in the television series Mission Impossible. Dean hired him to participate in the sales meeting which was called “Mission Possible” and it was an elaborate presentation. This is the opening scene of their arrival filmed outside the hotel, then “Mr. Phelps” appears on stage to continue the “mission” which was to present the prior year’s success and discuss the new incoming line of products.
