PWK’s Dream Realized: The Klipsch Jubilee Commands the Room

Decades in the making, the Klipsch Jubilee isn’t just another loudspeaker; it’s the final, audacious vision of founder Paul W. Klipsch brought to life. Originally conceived as the successor to the legendary Klipschorn, PWK knew this design was something more, something groundbreaking. Now, thanks to 21st-century engineering, the Jubilee stands as the undisputed flagship of the revered Klipsch Heritage line, delivering an audio experience akin to having the musicians right there with you.

A Legacy Forged in Horns

True to Klipsch heritage, the Jubilee is a fully horn-loaded, two-way marvel. Standing nearly six feet tall and handcrafted in Hope, Arkansas, its imposing presence hints at the sonic power within. The secret starts with a patented, horn-loaded vented low-frequency enclosure housing dual 12-inch fiber-composite woofers. This innovative design masterfully combines the efficiency of horns with the extended bass response of vented systems, achieving staggering efficiency (10-20 times conventional speakers) for bass that is both incredibly deep (down to 18Hz) and dynamically clean.

Seamless Sound, Effortless Power

Handling the upper registers is an all-new, state-of-the-art compression driver featuring a massive 7-inch axiperiodic Titanium diaphragm. This large-format driver boasts an exceptionally wide bandwidth, allowing Klipsch to implement a low crossover point (340Hz) – well below the critical vocal range. This eliminates the need for a separate midrange driver, ensuring seamless clarity and accuracy, just as PWK intended. The result? Smooth, effortless performance with minimal distortion, even at concert levels.

The Conductor: Active DSP Precision

Orchestrating this two-way powerhouse is a sophisticated external active DSP crossover network – a required component for the Jubilee system. This crucial piece precisely adjusts the phase, time delay, EQ, and gain for each driver. It eliminates phase cancellations and ensures the low and high frequencies blend perfectly, creating a remarkably coherent and true-to-life soundstage. The crossover unit, designed for rack or shelf placement, even allows user adjustments to fine-tune the sound to personal taste and room acoustics.

An Heirloom Experience

Finished in stunning, book-matched American Walnut or Black Ash wood veneers, with each pair grain-matched for aesthetic perfection, the Jubilee is built to be treasured for generations. Reviews praise its ability to create a stadium-filling soundfield that remains smooth, detailed, and glare-free, delivering music with effortless power and an enveloping warmth. It’s more than a speaker; it’s an investment in experiencing the full presence, power, detail, and emotion of live music in your own home. The Klipsch Jubilee isn’t just PWK’s dream realized – it’s an audiophile’s dream come true.
